Description: Chota Tingrai is a privately owned Tea Estate located in the Tinsukia District of Assam, that has produced premium teas since 1983. Mana has worked closely with the estate since 2010 to introduce sustainable solutions and convert their production to organic. It now brings to you premium quality Organic CTC Tea, straight from the gardens of Chota Tingrai.

Recipe For A Strong Cuppa Chai:
Pour 1 cup of water in a saucepan. Add 1/2 cup of milk and bring it to a gentle frothy boil. Add 1 teaspoon of CTC Tea and sugar to taste. Boil for another 1-2 minutes and then strain into a cup.
To make Masala Chai you may add a fresh piece of ginger, 2-3 pods of cardamom, and a piece of cinnamon prior to adding the milk and tea.
